Privacy Policy
Gradient360, LLC ("Gradient360," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover information we may collect through other means, such as in the course of a client engagement.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, company name, phone number, and the message you enter. Fields marked required must be completed to submit the form; the others are optional.
Information collected automatically. When you submit the contact form, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) also logs the IP address and browser/device information (user agent) associated with that submission. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this site as of the effective date above. This site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, a third-party CDN; loading a font from that CDN causes your browser to make a direct request to Google's servers, which we do not control.
2. How we use your information
We use the information collected through the contact form to:
• Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
• Maintain a record of inquiries for our own business purposes
• Identify and prevent spam or abusive submissions to the form
We do not use the information you submit for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.
3. How we store and share your information
Contact form submissions are stored in a database (Cloudflare D1) operated on our behalf by Cloudflare. A copy of each submission is also sent as a notification email through Resend, a transactional email provider, to our internal inbox. These vendors process the data as our service providers; we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our own business records, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make such a request, email us at info@gradient360.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and the infrastructure it runs on (Cloudflare) provides standard network-level security protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision.
